Native Floridian Adam Rosensweig is Chief Operating Officer of RR&D. He is certified in, and responsible for administering/interpreting the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.

Adam started RR&D in response to his wholehearted belief in, and support of, the Inglish Motivational Enhancement Method. After personally experiencing the program's life-changing effects, he was moved to share this valuable knowledge with others. Adam works closely with Dr. Inglish, and values her as both co-worker and trusted friend.

When he's not running the company and collaberating with his team, Adam loves playing strategy games to keep his mind sharp! 

Jae Inglish serves as Executive Director/Consultant with oversight of product development for RR&D. Her Inglish Motivational Enhancement Method is the scientific basis for most of the product/program offerings that RR&D sponsors. Dr. Inglish holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Arts in Counseling Education, and a Ph.D. in Psychology. In addition, she is an Empirical Design/Motivational Specialist.

She has held many professional positions which include, but are not limited to: Supervisor of MA and PhD student interns for the University of Missouri, eleven-year Executive Director of an acclaimed Missouri mental health D.A.D.A agency, an appointed adviser to two governors, as well as a consultant to several state and federal agencies in Missouri, Kansas, and Florida.

When Jae is not involved in her career mission to help others enhance their lives, she relaxes by listening to classical music and exploring the historic streets of St. Augustine, FL. Her interests are wide and varied from dancing (twenty-eight years on point), reading and writing poetry, to searching for that next "just right" whimsical hat.

Co-Owner, Secretary/Treasurer of RR&D, and wife of the company's COO, Emily has a wide variety of professional experience resulting from her 17-year career in a previous family business.

She too has experienced the personal and familial benefits which come from the Inglish Motivational Enhancement Method. This intimate understanding of the program is the stimulus behind her involvement in this venture at RR&D. She wholeheartedly believes, "we are our best possible investment."

When she's not involved in the company, volunteering, or raising her adventurous 4-year old son, Emily enjoys reading. She lives by the quote, "a dream is a book you hold in your hands."
